This home was designed with guests in mind, with dual main suites, comfortable guest rooms, updated furniture that include a new dining table and bar stool, and all the little extras that will make your vacation unforgettable. A bright and poised interior will provide a lovely reminder to savor peace and quiet at the beach. Enjoy the convenient boardwalk to the beach and keep your eyes open for sea birds and dolphins playing in the surf. Chill out and enjoy the sweet Southern breeze on the ground-level patio equipped with plenty of seating, a spacious enclosed outdoor shower, and a grill for the family chef. Once the evening arrives, a well-equipped kitchen with new countertops and top-of-the-line appliances is available for cooking a Lowcountry feast.



Three bedrooms have fantastic views of the famous Edisto sunsets, and you'll love the new, luxury, premium, pillow-top, hotel-grade mattresses. Free WiFi and seven TVs will keep each guest entertained in case a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach or boat. Outside, the new beachside and streetside stairs will make it easy to access the water.

Our family of 12 had a fabulous trip. The location has a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. We saw numerous dolphins every day. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Large fans are all throughout the home so everyone was comfortable! Only downside is the carpets were not very clean and the front bedroom on the first floor smelled very musty. I hope to plan a return trip to this home!

We had a group of ladies reconnecting for the weekend at Dolphin Watch. All of us are originally from the Lowcountry and went to high school together and enjoyed our time together at Edisto. Very cold weekend, but the sun did come out to greet us before we left!

We’ve never stayed on the sound side but it was perfect! The house was good sized with a well stocked kitchen and clean. There’s some wear and tear items that could be fixed up (downstairs bathroom shower) but overall we enjoyed everything and would definitely go back.

It’s All About The View!
