Great Location; minimal amenities, but not needed due to location
Stayed here for our honeymoon beautiful hotel, staff was super polite and helpful.

Very nice and helpful staff. Lovely room, L'Occitane toiletries. Quiet neighborhood. Need to walk several blocks to hail cab or get to bus routes.
This is a really nice hotel to stay in and I highly recommend it to others looking to enjoy a night or 2 in Edinburgh. It's set in a really nice location on the edge of the city centre and the rooms and facilities are very well appointed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's excellent value for money for both business and leisure travelers. There is one minor drawback- parking is a bit of a problem there is no dedicated hotel parking and street parking outside is quite pricey and the stay is limited to 4 hours during daylight hours. We had to move the car. It would be helpful if the hotel management could comet a deal with the City Council to get parking vouchers or something similar. Overall though, an excellent hotel in a really nice location on the edge of the city centre. Highly recommended.

Thanks for your feedback, as a listed and protected building we are not allowed to change the structure of our building and therefore don't have an elevator and sometimes the layout of our rooms is a little different. Thanks for your feedback, our reception desk is always available to call cabs and they will come and pick you up, waiting time is never more than 5 minutes.
