Three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, expansive living areas opening onto multiple extensive outdoor decks. An elegant indoor/outdoor lap pool links the living wing to the sleeping wing.
Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, high ceilings, tall windows, skylights, and unique roof ports provide natural light to all interior spaces. The house has been designed and detailed using premium natural materials and finishes throughout; no chemical finishes or plastics. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool is filled with 100% pure well water, purified by a three way non chemical filtration/purification system.
Sleeping areas are air conditioned, ceiling fans and natural ventilation from Chappaquiddick breezes keep living areas constantly fresh and comfortable.
The home is fully equipped with linens, towels, beach gear, washer/dryer, Starlink WIFI, satellite television, propane grille, ample outdoor seating and dining areas, indoor/outdoor showers.
The property is less than ten minutes to Chappaquiddick’s uncrowded beaches, the best beaches on the East Coast.
