Pros: Staff very nice and accommodating, place very clean. Great location. Cons: Room super *tiny* and does not look like photo at all!

Very quaint and clean inn right in the heart of the action in Edgartown. Great views from harbor side rooms, love the decks. Parking is a bit remote but really can't be helped- tight downtown location which means you really don't need your car unless you are going to another town. Everything you could want is within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the provision of a nice, little waterfront corner of the property where we could enjoy an after dinner cigar- this has become almost non-existent today. We will definitely return often.

Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great vie of harbor and anchored boats. Hotel following protocol and felt very safe.

Great location, comfortable room, amazing staff, lovely public spaces. We stayed for 2 nights, the room had a fridge and coffee machine. Ice machine downstairs can in handy for filling cooler before beach. Check in was piece of cake. Nice pool with large shallow end for kids and plenty of clean towels. There is a waterfront area facing the dock and harbor, lots of beautiful flowers, grass, picnic tables and a bbq area that you can reserve. BBQ is staffed and they provide everything but the food. Outside you are seconds from a coffee shop, bank, bike rental, and small market. Around the corner are restaurants. You can walk down the street 10 min to Lighthouse Beach. Can’t beat the location if you want to be in the water and in the middle of Edgartown. Regarding COVID-19, the whole place was very clean and well below capacity even the lifeguard was wearing a mask, disinfecting everything constantly, and watching out for everyone’s safety.

The landscaping and views were amazing. Great place to relax.

We paid almost $600/night for a dated room with two full beds (requested King), bathroom door didn't shut all the way, shower knob broken and no amenities. Didn't know that hotel was also condos and most areas were for owners only. The location was great, room was quiet. However, this was one big rip off.

Beautiful harbor-side setting. Clean accommodations. Nice staff.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear we fell short. We strive to accommodate all requests --unfortunately a King Bedroom was unavailable during your stay. We would be honored if you would allow us an opportunity to welcome you back again, so we can make things right. Please contact me directly. Kind regards, Greg Mafcher, General Manager
