OK, but poor customer service.

When we checked in, we thought we had breakfast included, as the couple we were traveling with did. We had both booked at the same time and paid the same price. However, reception was unwilling to even provide it at a discount. They blamed it on Hotels.com for not sending the booking property. Poor customer service. The facility was fine, but wouldn't stay here again.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay in a room with a side sea view balcony looking down to the pier. The hotel facilities were very good and the staff exceptional and so attentive to customers needs. Great Stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The buffet breakfast was excellent and all items were piping hot with a good selection to choose from both hot and cold. The only thing I have a slight criticism about is that only two teabags per day were supplied. The balcony was large enough to sit out on (weather permitting) with amazing views.
