Ένας όμορφος χώρος στο Γύθειο Ανατολικής Μάνης και συγκεκριμένα στον οικισμό του Μαυροβουνίου Γυθείου σε ένα περιφραγμένο συγκρότημα με κοινόχρηστη πισίνα και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ σας περιμένει.
Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ευρύχωρες ντουλάπες και στο άλλο υπνοδωμάτιο 2 μονά κρεβάτια και ντουλάπα. Στο σαλόνι έχει μεγάλο γωνιακό καναπέ . Ενιαία κουζίνα με το σαλόνι συνθέτουν έναν ζεστό χώρο για να χαλαρώσετε ή να γευματίσετε, ενώ αντίστοιχα μπορείτε να εκμεταλλευτείτε τις όμορφες αυλές-κήπους (3) με την τραπεζαρία της μίας βεράντας για να περάσετε την ώρα σας εκτός. Επίσης στην πίσω αυλή διαθέτει μπάρμπεκιου και φούρνο.
Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός χώρου που οφείλει να κάνει απροβλημάτιστη τη διαμονής σας. Το σαλόνι διαθέτει γωνιακό καναπέ που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και ως κρεβάτι, καλύπτοντας την μέγιστη επιτρεπτή χωρητικότητα των 5 ατόμων. Η πισίνα είναι στη διάθεσή σας όταν θα προτιμήσετε να μην εξορμήσετε στις όμορφες παραλίες της περιοχής.
Επίσης όσοι είναι λάτρεις της φύσης και της φυσικής αγωγής, μπορούν περπατώντας να κάνουν μια πολύ όμορφη διαδρομή από το κατάλυμα προς το κέντρο του Γυθείου δίπλα από τη θάλασσα αγναντεύοντας το Λακωνικό κόλπο, τη Νήσο Κρανάη , το εκκλησάκι της Παναγίας της Ζωοδόχου Πηγής. Η διαδρομή γίνεται πάνω σε ένα πολύ όμορφο και προστατευμένο πεζοδρόμιο,
