Have stayed here a few times & wont be back. Room smelled like mold, found empty used cups in random places in my room & the smoking smell was so crude. The construction workers were loud until after 11-12 at night & the place just felt like a cruddy Motel 6. However, the staff is wonderful!

The room was average clean with average noise levels etc. There is no gym on the property or restaurants. The staff were friendly but were not going out of their way to help. The indoor pool area left a lot to be desired, could use cleaning.

Bed is very uncomfortable. Very noisy in the middle of the night due to people stomping around and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The eggs were watery, sausage was cold and not really cooked and the back was rubber. And the shower was very short. Plus the toilet runs all night and makes weird sounds.

Beds weren’t the comfiest and made lots of noise. Tub drained very slowly. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was not warm but they were aware and had an order in to fix. Overall not the best but not the worst.

Essentially, it is/could be, a very nice facilty. The night desk clerk was very professinal & courteous. The housekeeping staff was pleasant & helpful. Maintenance could be better. The housekeeping staff need to report things that need attention from from mainenance. We stayed there twice in different rooms between Christmas & New years. In both rooms, the wiring harness was disconnected & laying on the floor next to the HVAC unit. They were controllable at the unit but the thermostats were not usable. The toilet seats in both rooms were loose to the point of being treacherous. The toilets have no lids - not healthy. The are no towel rings on which to hang a hand towel. In fact there is no place to hang any towels which providides an interesting exit from the shower or bath. Shower soap is provided in the manner of 2 small hand soaps. The TV has 2 remotes; one for the TV, one for the satellite. Manipulating the TV is a challenge even for the electronically seasoned user. The internet has no password. Computer users without a VPN are subject to hacking & identity theft. The place has some potential, if there was some management & ownership willingness to make some modest investments.
