Loved it!

Enjoyed every minute. Visually gorgeous. Loved the steam sauna and regular. Thought there was a hot tub but there wasnt. The pool is school kid size, but refreshingly nice temperature. Not too cold after sauna. Room was nice, bathtub was relaxing, but the water was showering all over the place. Customer service was impressive. Loved every minute of our stay. Ps. Beautiful paintings in sale all over

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and enjoyed both. The bed was a tad soft and the Hotel could use some tender loving care but the price reflected this. All in all would stay there again when travelling through.

Family stay

Staff at breakfast were lovely, although had said they were new and didn’t know how work coffee machine etc. Staff at pool were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Reception was not a brilliant welcome. Room was great size, lovely bathroom, comfy bed etc. Breakfast for the price was not great. The room was very dated. The units you were taking cups and glasses out of were dirty, coffee machine was working on and off, everything was quite scruffy looking, floor and seats were dirty, nothing was really getting wiped down. The hot food wasn’t really hot. But staff were lovely. Bar breakfast, we would stay again.

Never again !!

There was no oxygen in the room and one could not open the window. The facility is old and need full renovation. The mattresses have to be replaced, made noise and were uncomfortable to sleep. There was construction around the hotel and in the night the main road was stopped but hotel never informed about it.

Two Night Stay - Superior Double Room

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room was clean, and the facilities are nice (pool/sauna). We had a nice view from our window of the garden area, and the windows open for good ventilation. I had a bath in the room, and noticed some mould floating in the water. Which may have come from the faucets/drain - minor issue. Our bed was two single beds put together, which was fine! I’m not fussy in any way, and these are not things that particularly bothered me. In giving an honest review, these are the only things I would point out. Did it take away from our overall enjoyment of our trip? NO, absolutely not. I would stay here again!

Nice hotel, good location.

The check in experience wasn't the best start, we got here maybe around 2.30pm and was told, "you do know check in is at 3.00pm". We said yes we know, we were just asking if could use the pool at the moment, our room was ready and they reluctantly gave us the keys anyways. Think this is something for management to look into because it was 30mins max it wasn't as if we were trying to check in at 1pm etc! Got to the room and it was nice, old hotel there was some crack etc on the wall but doesn't affect room. The cleaning staff do a real good job though! The bedding was so fresh. The tea tray was nice but one biscuit for a family of 3 was a bit odd, maybe just an oversight. We used the pool, that was clean and warm. Overall had lovely stay.
