Thomas was excellent at helping us be comfortable with our stay. This is a prime location. Right next to Pile Gate so rolling luggage to it was very easy. Excellent view of the plaza and ancient fountain and church from our window. Access to the wall is right across the plaza. This is the hotel you want to stay in.

Place is in the old town and can be quite difficult to find because lodgings are not allowed to have signs. However it is just across from Big Onofrio’s Fountain at the Pile Gate. If still having trouble finding it just go into the Hard Rock Cafe and ask. They will gladly show you the entrance which is just across the street. Once found it is a great and quiet place to stay.

The room was very clean, the walls were a little thin and you coud clearly hear people above us talking, but would still recommend it. Location in Old Town just inside Pile Gate was excellent. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Tomas, who was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Nice but noisy

This is a very nice hotel - clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff. But it was quite noisy. We stayed in the attic room, and could clearly hear sound from the square outside. It was mostly ambient noise during the daytime, but in the evening there was a live performance at the Hard Rock Cafe ending just after 11. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay there for longer.

Excellent with a caveat

This “hotel” is in an excellent location just inside the old city. While the location is amazing, it is also right across from the Hard Rock Cafe. If you get a room directly facing, you will hear the live music until 11:30 pm or so. It’s not a deal breaker, but if you like to sleep early or need to get up early, it’s something to consider. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay there again.

Fantastic location, very close to Pile Gate, within the city walls. Very clean. Rooms renovated recently. Reasonably quiet despite closeness to Hard Rock Cafe. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location just inside the Pile gate. The staff were polite and helpful. Room was lovely with high ceilings, 2 windows, effective A/C, great double windows for sound, spacious bathroom, lots of storage. Would definitely stay there again. 2 Adults in our group.

Tomas was excellent about communicating with us before check-in. He arranged for Ana to have our room available so we could drop off our bags early. Ana was kind-- and strong! She carried both of our bags up the stairs . The room was spacious and very clean. The double windows kept the noise out. It was quiet despite being next to the Hard Rock. The location was ideal - just inside the Pile Gate entrance. If we were to return to Dubrovnik, we would choose to stay here again.
