Ideal location to be out of the old town crowd and still close by walking (with the unavoidable situation of a lot of steps to walk from and to the old town). However, it's location is very suitable as you can also walk to the mount Srd to watch the panoramic view of the city and also a very good sunset. Owners are very friendly and approachable which makes your stay very confortable. I highly recommend it.

Oppholdet hos Nicol var veldig bra! Hun var så hyggelig, ga oss tips til hvor vi burde spise, hvordan vi kom oss til gamlebyen og mye annet. Nicole var så hyggelig, imøtekommen og hjelpsom. Plasseringen var også veldig bra ved at det var kort vei til gamlebyen, men at man kom seg unna støyen. Det var også et nydelig uteområde hvor vi kunne oppholde oss. Rommet var også veldig fint og rent med bra standard. Vi er svært fornøyd med oppholdet og bor gjerne der igjen dersom vi skal tilbake til Dubrovnik. Dette stedet kan sterkt anbefales!

Our favorite accommodation in all our travels in Croatia. The hosts are extremely kind and treat you like family. The place is clean and comfy, the patio is lovely, it’s a great location in relation to groceries and Old Town, and the bed is huge.

The apartment was amazing nice big garden terrace area with comfy outdoor furniture and a swimming pool for taking a dip to cool down. The hosts were father and daughter nothing was to much trouble for them very helpful

Reposant et confortable

Séjour reposant. Nicol était très acceuillante et de bons conseils. Je lui conseillerais de plus passer par son service de réservation qui ne sont pas co pétents

Its a big apartment with 2 large bedrooms. Complete with kitchen utensils. The shower is too small in my opinion i have to get out if the cubicle to be able to wipe myself dry. The toilet need deep cleaning as molds are quiet visible. The pool is not a proper swimming pool, is also difficult to climb over into it, but we used it only once on our 4 nights stay there. The apartment is 10-20 minutes walk to most local tourist spots. You should be able to climb up few flights of stairs to be able to get into the apartment as most areas in the Old Town has alleyways with high and narrow staircases . The kids had lots if mosquito or bed bug bites though. Maybe the apartment needs deep cleaning and fumigation prior to arrival of guests. Otherwise we had a fantastic time at Dubrovnik, the people are friendly and well disciplined. The owner are very welcoming, nice and friendly.

4 night stay close to Dubrovnik Old Town

We had a four night stay. We were warmly welcomed and given a detailed explanation of the apartment and its facilities. Also we received helpful information about Dubrovnik and various excursions. The owners reside on site and were always keen to provide information. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We visited the Old Town each day and from a walk round The City Walls to exploring the narrow side streets or some of the buildings of interest or dining at one of the many restaurants we can recommend Dubrovnik for a memorable holiday.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so warm and giving. We could tell from the moment they gave us our key that we would enjoy our stay. Not only was the place spotless but the view and location were impeccable. The location is so close to the old city without actually being right in the heart of it, we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be booking here again if we can. I rate these hosts and their property at 5*, even if the place is not brand new. You won’t be disappointed.

Nicol and Nicola were great host making our stay really comfortable. They also provided us with all the information, maps and booked us boat excursions as well car hire. Nicola was kind to drop us off to car rental shop too. The apartment is clean, spacious and has all necessary items. They also bought a new kettle when old one wasn’t working.

The location is very good, just a few minutes from the edge of old town. The owners are very good and want to make sure the guests are satisfied. Just a few issues to keep in mind. The shower drain backs up so you'll be standing in a puddle of soapy water after a couple of minutes. The bathroom has a mildew odor bordering on a sewer like smell. They do not provide any toiletries like shampoo or soap so you'd better bring it or stop by one of the markets in the area. Overall, it's a pretty good value given the proximity to the old town and the very nice couple who own this property.

Cozy hotel, great location

Good location, 10-15 walk down hill/stairs to old town, the main tourist attraction area. Staff was awesome, location has parking, but make sure to reserve a space ahead of time. It is very difficult and expensive to find parking in the city! Located within a 5-8 min walk to the gondola or walking path that takes you to the top of the mountain (Fort Imperial) for the best views of the city!
