Welcome to the sweet Mariva apartment located in the heart of the peninsula Lapad, a prestigious tourist area with lovely beaches, fancy restaurants and coffee bars, long promenades.
Apartment is only 150 m away from nearby restaurants and supermarket. Bus stop is situated in front of the building (bus no. 6 runs every 10 minutes between Lapad and the Old Town of Dubrovnik).
Walking distance to the beach is approx. 500 m (Sunset Beach Dubrovnik).
Apartment has free WiFi, air-conditioning and TV.

The space
Studio apartment is located in building, ground floor. It has sleeping area with large bed, area for setting/watching TV or working (with sofa that can be used as 3rd bed), kitchen with dinning table and separate toilet area.
Kitchen has all necessary amenities for daily cooking such as oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher ...), toilet has shower and laundry washing machine.

Great stay and a lovely apartment with good facilities. A very short walk into Lapad which was stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants around . Our host Ana couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.
