Stunning location - amazing views (especially watching the yachts and the kayaking) - 10min walk into the old city and ideal for walking further. The apartment was immaculate and modern - everything you could possibly need including welcome pack (milk/water/juice tea/coffee/sugar) - a real home from home. There are steps but these can be avoided by walking downhill into the town from the top roadside of the apartments. Hosts were friendly and welcoming - available but not intrusive - particularly liked the wine and delicious home made cakes - very knowledgeable and obviously (and rightly) proud of their beautiful Dubrovnik. Nothing was too much for them including giving us beach towels to use as we’d forgotten to bring any - thank you Dubravka and Niko we had a amazing chilled holiday 😀

This is a modern well equipped and as a previous review stated an immaculately clean apartment. However what made it truly exceptional was the welcome given by the owners explaining in detail not only the facilities of the apartment but the surrounding area also. They left a welcome pack to get us started and every time they saw you they had a friendly greeting. It’s obvious that this is much more than a business to them. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor which had an external terrace that had stunning views of the Old Town and bay and was a great place to have breakfast or a glass/two of wine Located a 10 minute walk downhill to the Old Town be aware that it’s uphill coming back followed by a really steep climb up a staircase affectionately know as heart attack staircase so may not be suitable for everyone. Google street view to get an idea However this did not diminish what is a 5 star property with 5 star customer service. Thank you for the wonderful visit to what is a stunning city

Look no further for somewhere to stay, these apartments are amazing!! Every detail has been thought about from welcome drinks to slippers, blankets, candles and washing detergent. Niko was amazing and showed us everything that we needed to know and showed us where everything was and lovely places to visit. Location wise the apartments are ideally situated, its approx 10 mins walk into the walled town, there are two local mini markets and a bar within a 4 min walk and there is a bus stop nearly immediately outside. Niko and Dubravka were absolutely lovely and were on hand if needed for anything. On our last night Niko knocked on our door with hot, freshly home made desert and a bottle of wine - it was like a home from home and we absolutely loved it!! We will be sure to go back and are already planning our next stay!!

Amorino apartment is ideally situated for its view, proximity to the Old Town and a small grocery store. The owners, Dubravka and Niko, greeted us, gave an overview of the city and were always available if needed. We had a unit with a balcony with a stunning view. Just sitting on the balcony was a treat. The apartment was immaculately clean with a full array of appliances and juice, milk, coffee and other basic items. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was without doubt a tremendous experience. On arrival the owners welcomed us and on discovering it was my wife's birthday presented her with a bottle of wine and some chocolates. So thoughtful. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the apartment are stunning - out over the sea to Lokrum island and to the Old Town. It's about a 15 minute sea front walk to the Old Town. Beware of the steep climb up the steps to the apartment - my calves are still aching! The apartment is very modern with all amenities catered for. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property when staying in Dubrovnik.

Stop Looking! This is the apartment that you want! My partner and I just spent 3 nights at Amarino of Dubrovnik and could not have been happier. If you are looking for amazing views, great quality, presentation and comfort all within 6 minutes or so walk from Old Dubrovnik – this is the one for you! Firstly, the hosts Dubrawka and Nico are charm personified and are warm and welcoming and thoughtful not to mentioned very knowledgeable about their city, country and its history. They were available to us whenever we needed any help but also discreet and unintrusive.    I had my birthday whilst there and came home to a cake and a bottle of wine with a handwritten card wishing me a happy birthday – such a nice touch! The apartment itself was exactly what we wanted; it was immaculately clean, newly appointed with quality furniture and a nice eye for detail as well as really good quality linens and towels. It is clear that lots of thought has gone into decorating, furnishing and equipping the apartment and one thing that I particularly liked was that the bed was a super king – waking up relaxed and the first view you see is across the Adriatic towards Lokrum is pretty amazing! The kitchenette was a great bonus and was very well equipped once again with great quality cooking items and crockery and appliances and the fridge was already stocked with some basic such as OJ, milk, water and tea, coffee etc was also there – again, a really nice touch. In the clean and modern bathroom which I noticed has Hans Grohe fixings there was also a washing machine which again makes life that little bit easier so that was also a plus. The views from the balcony are just wonderful! You have uninterrupted views of Old Dubrovnik, Lokrum and off towards Italy; such a great place at any time of day but sat there enjoying breakfast was particularly lovely as was watching the sun go down over the Old City. Wow! Location wise it was perfect for us. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, which is stunning and all the usual types of commerce around that you might need. You also have use, if you’d like, of the beach at the Hotel Argentina – very nice! Of note is that there is also allocated parking which around Dubrovnik is a real must so this is also a big plus and made life easy. We had a perfect stay at Amarino of Dubrovnik and will for sure be heading back there again! Book it, you won’t regret it!

I had the most amazing stay here with my wife and 3 children . The appartment is so tastefully done and has all the necessary amenities. The spacious balcony opens up and gives you an amazing view of the Adriatic and the old town on one side .The owner of the property Mr. Niko was a great host. I would certainly recommend the stay at Amorino to all

My wife, daughter (11) and I have just returned from an amazing 6 nights in Dubrovnik at the wonderful Amorino Apartments. We stayed in the “Lavanda” studio, which was perfectly spacious and comfortable for the three of us, our daughter on a single divan next to our enormous king sized bed. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our holiday; including wifi, tv, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. The bathroom has a powerful shower and twin basins, and even a washing machine with supplied washing tabs, which came in very handy after a few days walking the city walls in the 32 degree heat! All this would be enough to award the apartment the full 5 stars, but the cherry on the cake has to be the incredible balcony with its breathtaking views of the Adriatic, taking in Lokram Island, Banje Beach and of course the postcard view of Dubrovnik Old Town itself. Stunning. Special mention also to our wonderful hosts Buba and Niko for making our stay so welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

This was our first apartment accommodation holiday and we loved it. The apartment was big enough for the two of us and really well furnished. The apartment is out of the main walled city but overlooked the sea, although up a steep stepped climb....this kept us fit and we were aware Dubrovnik is on the hillside so what could we expect. The owners were lovely and lived on site. They were often cooking food and left it in the apartment for us to try. Overall the location was great, the owners lovely and the apartment very comfortable, so perfect for what we wanted.

We stayed in a "one bedroom with sea view" property. This converted attic space is quite dark and with limited views. There is a sky light and a small window that one person can lean out of to get a view. Very overpriced even considering Dubrovnik rates
