One night for a congress

Hotel is clean and staff very polite. I was only sleeping there one night, so I cannot comment on the amenities. Continental breakfast was good. However, the mattress was very hard and pillows very thin. I did not sleep very well.

I found the room extremely warm. In order to turn on the ac you need to contact the reception desk. You also do not have control of the AC so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Another thing I felt was unfair- because we booked with Expedia the Continental breakfast was not included. Friends of ours booked directly with the hotel and they had the breakfast included. We both paid the same price.

The room was lovely, the gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful in trying to direct us to a place where we could order in some food. However we found this part of our stay very disappointing….we were expecting a restaurant (given size of the hotel)as we did not want to go out again after an 11 hr drive in some snowy conditions. I did not notice that there was no restaurant or bar when I booked or would have chosen another spot. We  had difficulty in finding a place to order from that would deliver to hotel without having to download uber or Dash apps, we were very tired & hungry after our long drive. It would be helpful to have information in room on where you could order from close by that have a delivery service without having to order thru dash or arrange our own delivery. For this reason I gave it a 3star rating.
