There are three structures on the 12 acres: the home you are reserving, the owner's home/event space, and an additional family home. Both structures on the property are about 150 yards from your home.

Welcome to Driftwood, the "hidden gem" of the Texas Hill Country. Nestled on a quiet 12 acres, our home offers a true escape from the city hustle while keeping you in the center of the region’s premier culinary and wedding destinations.

Driftwood is famous for its "Dark Sky" status, meaning you’ll enjoy some of the best stargazing in Texas right from our backyard. By day, you are surrounded by rolling hills and ancient oaks; by night, the neighborhood is a peaceful sanctuary where the only sounds are the local owls and the rustle of the wind.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 5-bedroom home, the backyard, the pool, hot tub, and game room that is attached to the house.
The only exceptions are a locked owner's storage unit and a cleaning closet, which are reserved for staff use.

Our home is a classic, older property with traditional decor. It is intentionally kept this way to offer a cozy, nostalgic atmosphere. While this style isn't everyone's personal taste, we take great pride in keeping the space spotlessly clean, fully functional, and comfortable for a relaxed stay.

A Note on Texas Hill Country Wildlife: Our home sits right in the heart of Texas nature! It's common to spot local wildlife around the yard, from white-tailed deer and birds to tarantulas, scorpions, field mice, spiders, and the occasional snake. We perform routine professional pest management and deep cleans so the inside stays pristine, but keeping doors and screen windows closed helps ensure our outdoor neighbors stay outside!

Utilities, Weather & Unforeseen Events: While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth stay, certain circumstances, such as area power outages, utility disruptions (water, internet, or cable), municipal maintenance, and severe weather, are beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds, date modifications, or compensation for disruptions caused by weather, natural elements, or utility provider outages. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance prior to your trip to cover any unexpected travel delays or disruptions.
