Very modern, clean room in a convenient location across from the Zwinger. The building and room appear almost brand new. In-room laundry! For the price, this place is a bargain. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this place! Staff was friendly and easy check-in and out. On-site parking. The place is located within minutes walk from Zwinger and other major attractions. Two grocery stores Rewe and a Hallal place are within a couple of blocks. The apartment is roomy and well furnished with lots of storage and modern appliances (including washer and dryer). It can easily accommodate a family up to 6~7 people. It has its own sauna and jetted tub, two showers, walk-in closet, comfy beds and clean linens. The place lacks some essentials such as paper towels, dish washing sponge, coffee/tea, cooking oil and spices. But this is not an exactly airb&b type of place, so ... Overall, great value and we highly recommend it!

Huge, beautiful, convenient apartment

This is not actually a hotel, but rather a beautiful, furnished apartment. My upgraded apartment had two bathrooms, one of which had a jacuzzi bath. There was a huge television in the living room, and a slightly smaller one in the bedroom. A very dramatic, modern apartment.

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

This is a nice, clean and spacious apartment. They supplied most of what you would need for an extended stat. There were nice towels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The building is across the street from the Zwinger and a Short walk to the old city.

WOW!! says it all

This well located apartment was perfect for exploring Dresden.   It is near the shopping center where the grocery store is located on the lower level .. easy walking distance.  The old town attractions (and there are many) are within walking distance with the Zwinger located right across the street from the apartment. Check in was easy.  A city walking map was supplied on checkin and requested recycling and trash disposal instructions as well. The apartments are newly built and have been thoughtfully furnished with modern appliances  (including a washer / dryer .. I downloaded the English version of the of the operators manual) and storage options.  WiFi was strong and reliable.  Kitchen utensils, cutlery, glassware, linens, etc all of very nice quality.  All appliances worked as intended.  The automatic roll shades allowed the patio door to be open, while blocking glare from the outside. The staff were courteous and informative, allowing us to store our luggage between checkout and time to catch the tram to the train station.  There is a tram stop just a minutes walk (easy to use ticket machines and a transportation info center are located at Postplatz, adjacent to the shopping mall). When visiting Dresden again, we would seek accommodation here.

This is a very clean, spacious, quiet and well-equipped apartment hotel, it has a full kitchen, laundry washer with integrated dryer. The location is also great, next to the Zwinger Palace just across the road. We enjoyed our stay very much and were glad that we booked this hotel.
