Outside there is ample off road parking, a front lawned garden and a rear lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a summerhouse. Woodhill Cottage is in a fantastic setting with many attractions and activities nearby.

Very good experience. Access to childrens playground was a hidden surprise - worth noting. Fantastic for anyone who wants a weekend or longer in the countryside. Do not however no (nil) mobile reception - also as mentioned online so no surprise. Extremely friendly and helpful caretaker!

We had a great time despite the rain. Lots of books and games to keep the children interestedWe had

Would’ve been nice to have stayed for even longer and had the opportunity to explore more of the surrounding area. The only issue we had was finding the place. Quite difficult when you don’t know the area at all and the country lanes are winding and busy. Locals in the pub down the road were extremely helpful though and helped us identify exactly where the cottage was 😊.
