This single-story home enjoys a beautiful position just across the Oregon Coast Highway and up the hill from Whaleshead Beach. It's located in the heart of the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor - a place to hike the Oregon Coast Trail, explore secluded beaches, and go for long, scenic drives. Harris Beach State Park, Cape Ferrelo, the Thomas Creek Bridge, Natural Bridges, and Arch Rock State Park are all within seven miles.



The outdoor spaces here are generous and comfortable, whether you're savoring your first cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding in the hot tub at the end of the day. There's even a covered portion of the deck with an outdoor table for family meals overlooking the woods.

Checkin went smoothly, The rental was neat and clean. The outside decks had quite a bit of pinecones, needles and other tree debris, but that's to be expected in the Oregon Coastal Region. It only took a second to sweep off. The host was great and responded by emails promptly. We ended up extending our trip by one night and it was taken care of in just a couple emails. It's a great place to take you pet also! Hardwood flooring wall to wall, so no problems with dirty carpet form pets. The location is just a few miles from Brookings and travel to and from was simple. Plenty of beaches and things to do.......we just wish we had more time. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!
