This Hotel offers great views of the Mountains. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Pool and both hot tubs were great! Surrounding area if you can't find something to do you are not looking. Would stay there again.

I’m so disappointed, I was really looking forward to staying here and they closed the road for us to get there. I called the hotel and they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they would get me a refund as soon as they contract the hotel, I’ve been told they’ve tried to contact the hotel manager and have been unable to reach anyone and no one has responded to them at all. This is all very disappointing.

Hotel is dated.

Hotel is quite loud. Walls and ceiling/floors poorly insulated so you can hear your neighbors. Hotel is also showing it age. Some cosmetic remodeling/updating would help in the rooms themselvels, outdoor spa, etc. but some things probably can't be changed like sound levels. Pricing was comparable to other newer hotels in the area when we booked. We only booked for one night and probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. Staff was efficient and courteous.

Great location, good price for the area but starting to get a bit run down. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, room flooring was in rough shape, lighting was flickering in the hallways and hallways looked dingey. The person working the check-in wasn't particularly friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her.

This was a 4 day stay and every day there were problems with the breakfast. Moldy bread, no coffee, no orange juice, no forks, and when you asked the staff they give you attitude like you are asking for too much just to get some coffee or forks. Talk about a chip on your shoulder, these people act like they should do nothing at work and get paid for doing nothing. Also there was no curtain in the bathroom and even though I complained about it on day one, no one bothered to install one in the 4 days that we were there. NEVER AGAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The bed was clearly worn out, there was a dent in the middle, AC was extremely loud all night long. There was no soap for shower, sink was clogged. At 8:30 for breakfast there was no more waffle dough, bagel was frozen and milk cold.
