Low budget. No hot tub. They advertised free breakfast, but there was none. Very basic.
Close to the highway and near lots of local shops.
It was a reasonable price but carpets in room were dirty. The entire hotels carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. It seems like they try to do the best they can with what they have but the owner needs to put money into this hotel.
Great location , good price for summit county . Heater fan it’s a bit loud . It gets cold if you don’t turn heater on !
Hotel needs updated..no guest elevator..needs new front desk staff..my bill showed a MasterCard that was not my..I was not happy with this Hotel and very disappointed with Orbitz too...
Property staff would did not hold the room for us for our second night when we were caught in a blizzard. We called prior to check in time on the first night, told them we were stranded, and asked them to hold night two. They did not, and the hotel was full when we called to confirm the next day. Terrible!
Breakfast Sucked. Only things they had were completely processed carbs and no protein at all
Mattress was terrible, and just a run down older facility in need of updating
The staff at the front desk the day stayed was borderline rude. You’d think a reception host at a hotel facility would be courteous, far from it in this place. The place is also dirty and unkept.
A good place to stay. Nothing fancy but the hotel is clean and the staff is nice.
The front desk clerk was horry. He had no information and didn't want to have conversations with any of the guests and gave vague answers when asking about services in the area. The room was fabulously remodeled from my stay 6 years ago and the bed was a dream
The rooms were semi-clean, the beds were very comfortable though. With some renovations this hotel wouldn’t be too bad. It was expensive for what you get.
What ca.nt say its a super 8. This one is dated and in need of a good makeover. All that being said if you're just looking for a place to sleep after a long day on the mountain you can't beat the price. Good location to food and shopping,
Front desk people can be professional and be welcoming to the guests. Smelling smoking smell in the hotel. Need to improve cleanliness.
Had to wait 5 minutes for the staff to come to the desk when I first arrived, but once he got there it was very quick. Room is basic but clean, bed was comfortable for me (I like firm beds), but the refrigerator in the room made loud clicking noises all night long. We couldn't unplug it because we were using it. The breakfast is very basic, and the coffee was like sludge. It was about the cheapest hotel there, so I didn't expect it to be awesome. It was about as expected.
