The location is superb and the host was very charming and extremely friendly and helpful. The living area was spacious and off-street parking is a plus. Shops, cafes, etc. are easy to access from this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in East Devonport.

Seaside Location

Alice thought of everything ! She is a very experienced and generous hostess. Our stay was lovely - bed a tad softer than mine but very manageable. Free onsite parking was a bonus as well - we wish her well in her future plans.

Dog-Friendly Accommodation?

To be dog friendly there needs to be a fenced area to keep the guests precious dogs safe. Please put at least a wire netting fence along the retaining wall by the drive way and a secure gate at the end of the path. It was extremely distressing on the two occasions when my friendly Cavoodle raced off the property chasing after passing dogs and their owners

Great Host

Weather let us down; we were here for 10 days and it rained most days. Each morning, we woke up hopeful, only to see gray clouds lingering overhead. Our plans for outdoor adventures were thwarted, leaving us to seek refuge in cozy cafes and local shops. Despite the disappointment, we found joy in the unexpected moments, sharing laughter and stories as we watched the rain fall. By the end of our trip, we realized that sometimes, the best memories are made in the most unlikely circumstances.
