"The location and condition of the property is good for exploring the city and surrounding area, however, the best aspect of this hotel is the staff - they were excellent! The hotel is rated as 4-star - however, the staff should be rated as 5-star (special mention to Norriel & Ivan who went out of there way to help and assist the whole family). (All the staff were excellent and accommodated our requests). The rooms were very practical and clean with comfortable beds (what you'd expect from a Marriott hotel). The hotel pool & gym are good (for a city hotel). I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting Iloilo. Note; we also used the hotel's transport provider (Southwest). We have previously used this company before and would recommend them as the drivers and quality of the vehicles are very good. "

"The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. Actually everyone from the staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The room is clean with very good air condition system. Enjoyed swimming at the beach with crystal clear water. I did not managed to enquire about the spa but hope they have sauna, gym and swimming pool facilities. The property is well maintained. I highly recommend the property to family and friends. I’m dreaming of coming back again in the near future."
