My friends and I stayed in this hotel after we attended a wedding in Kabankalan. The place is accessible to various restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers. The pool and spa at the rooftop are also a very good place to rest and relax.

While we had no complaints about the amenities, service and over-all ambiance of this iconic landmark, it's probably time for some renovation - starting with the elevator - in order to maintain its well-deserved place as an industry leader. The breakfast buffet is still second to none and may it remain that way. Would still love to come back and enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Our room was clean and had adequate provisions like bottled water, slippers and toiletries. However, it was a bit outdated. The carpet, bathroom, furniture and elevator need updating. A buffet breakfast is available, with Filipino and international selections. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were efficient. I hope they refresh this place, otherwise, I will not come back.

When I am in bacolod I usually stay here but too disappointed with hotel son is nursing a fever that is why i just bought some food in. When I went in i was asked to pay CORKAGE for the food I brought in. I have been to countless hotels and never was I asked to pay CORKAGE FOR FOOD! Staff was inconsiderate... If you intend to bring in food then I suggest you look for other alternatives. DO NOT STAY HERE AND RUIN YOUR VACATION!

Very well maintained hotel but aged Excellent service and breakfast menu having good selection ,would definitely stayed again Front desk was very helpful and paying close attention to any suggestions we had Room was clean and big plasma tv was there

We are a family of 5 - each with a gadget. The wi-fi was fast and reliable all day and night. Location is great - very close to SM mall, there is a chicken inasal restaturant right across the hotel and famous cake shops surrounding the hotel, such as Calea and Felicia. There is also a salon on the rooftop level.

This is the main hotel and the rates are horrendous. Too expensive and doesn't have good value for money. The food is mediocre too. We had an event here and the waitstaff were leisurely chatting around, not attentive to the needs of the people.

I stayed in here in September for a week. I found the hotel over all very decent. Staff were exceptionally friendly, food was really good (especially the buffet breakfast) and it was central to many things. The best thing about is the in room massages - a must.

Aside from the rude guard (the waiters of Ripples are very nice), the worst part was management declined to provide Persons w DISABILITY discount to my companion who showed her PWD guard, a blatant violation of the PWD law. Can’t wait for Seda to open. L Fisher needs to train their staff!!!

Since there were 3 L'Fisher Hotels in Bacolod City just adjacent and behind the main L'Fisher Hotel are the other 2 branches (Ecotel & the Chalet). We stayed at the Ecotel. Budget wise it is fairly good because the rooms are clean and cozy. I really like their shower. The only thing that should be improved is their lobby because it's very small and the receptionist will surely have a hard time, especially if a big group will check in. The receptionist is kind and friendly though. I like the thought that Ecotel and Chalet guests can also access the rooftop pool without charge. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. You can simply enjoy the city view of Bacolod and enjoy the sunset view as well. They also allow guests to join their free events in the main hotel e.g. events for kids. The location is just a walking distance to the pasalubong centers like Bong-bongs and Merzi. It is also very near to Calea-a well-known pastry and coffee shop in Bacolod. There's also a 711 in front of the building plus a Chinese restaurant. The food is delectable in L'Sea. Their crew and manager are very considerate and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here.
