Stayed two nights in a not particularly clean room (someone’s long hair on the carpet) and tired bathroom (stained, but clean bath). Bedding was clean, flat screen TV was good, and breakfast more than adequate albeit the drinks are the cheap sugary type. I stayed in Nature’s Resort in Talisay two years previously and would rate the new block there as better, albeit the food was much less choice (though more imaginative drinks). If you want central location then L’Fisher is hard to beat, with a 7-11 right next door.
This presently to best hotel in Bacolod. The breakfast buffet is, without question, the best and most extensive in the city. The spa is exceptional and very reasonably priced. The hotel is lightly infested with tiny ants, and needs a good insect extermination program. The hotel is most comfortable and well furnished. Although slightly over-priced, we would stay there again.
I travel a lot to Bacolod and will say it's a good place to stay. The people that service the rooms do a great job. Everyone is friendly. The pool on the top deck is great to relax and enjoy a cold drink. The pizza man is good as well. The wifi is not good. But I will say that is common in Bacolod
L'Fisher is the best location and standard i could think of if you want to stay and enjoy the streets of Masskara Festival. Once you go outside the main entrance, the party begins. Enjoyed our last stay with my family. Very good facility, love the pool, massage area and breakfast. Will definitely comeback next time.
After a couple weeks of island hopping from Iloilo to Palawan and Bacolod. For our last week of stay in Phil. I wanted to stay in Bacolod- I've known L'fisher since college, so I wanted to stay there with my kids and show them around. Originally wanted to stay in the main building (L Fisher) but it was fully booked. Last minute we got a room in L' ecotel for 5 days. Room not big enough for 3 people with a folding bed. Very noisy at lunch/dinner with the restaurant, construction going on inside the building in the morning. You have to ask toilet paper in the middle of the night. The receptionist is rude, and blame customer because she forgets to let you sign something- Hello!!! I requested 3 bottles of water after I check in late night. She will not deliver the water because I have to pay cash right away, told her I'll pay after I put our bags away. "Oh, no room service?!!" She tries to explain its a policy, whatever it is "I need my water"- it's a shame. Been in a lot of hotels all over the world- this place doesn't know how to treat their customer right- in Bacolod?!. It is really a budget place! Everyone is helpful and courteous except the front desk- poor customer service. Great wifi. Hoping it will improve. Thus, it's L fisher reputation after all.
This is probably the best hotel in Bacolod. The staff did a great job. The room was good and roomy. The restaurant was good. They have a nice buffet. I would stay there again. The price was reasonable.
Breakfast buffet and service were good. Location is also convenient. We stayed at the hotel area which was more quiet and private. The chalet area by the poolside was really full of people holding events in the function rooms at the time we visited. It hardly allows visitors to use the pool with some privacy unless you don't mind people watching you. Our stay was great though and would highly recommend the place to friends.
Very good service . Fast and has a friendly people. The room were clean and okay . But the tv signal.is not okey. Maybe its because of the rain . What i love is the shower. I enjoyed it plus ecotel lfisher is very affordable. And accesible to banks and food stores
Bacolod is one of my many stops during this series of provincial business trips, and oh was I in for a dreadful stay. The hotel in it's entirety looks like a forgotten musem, also smells like one. The room I stayed in was musty and soooo dated. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and grayish due to over-use. The toilet was clean, but so old. All of the toilets in my old grandma's house built in the 1920's look fresher by a mile. Lastly, I had with me a colleague who had a 3rd eye, he confirmed that there were ghosts everywhere, the dark lobbies, the staircase, even in the hotel lobby with all its candelabra chandeliers. That explained why my doorbell kept ringing at odd hours, with no one at the door when I peep through the hole. I was so creeped out, I left my room and lugged around my bags so early in the morning to check out, and spent the rest of the morning waiting for my ride back to the airport at one of the lobby couches. Never coming back.
Hard to find faults here... and easy to find comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction in price and location. Breakfast buffet was great, better than I expected, and longer hours than others of this type - 6am-10am. Big room, easy check-in service. Great central location in Bacolod, wow large room, quiet at night and in neighbours, slept great there, and I thought good value for price. I've stayed other places in Bacolod but this moves to my number One slot.
