Loved the property and location but the management left bad tastes in mouth. It started with wrong address provided! We had to spend 30-40 minutes of internet search to find the correct address. Then, Only “starter” amenities provided, including only one toilet paper per bath room, tiny liquid dishwasher soap that was used up in first day, no trash bags, mechanical failures that required repair men and management staff to fix during our stay, etc. All this for a home that is advertised to sleep 18 people and charges a premium. Also, this and another property are the only ones in this upscale subdivision that did not pay for beach chairs and umbrella use for its guests. Overall, this is a beautiful property and with very little attention to details and care for well being of guests that pay a premium for use of it, the experience could have been a great one. Pity!
