Great Extended Family Getaway

Great house with a good layout for large groups, well-stocked kitchen, responsive and helpful property management, great outdoor space, THE GRILL WAS CLEAN - would definitely visit again.

Everything was great!

The place is beautiful! Short walk from the beach but golf cart is included if you want to transfer chairs etc. Close to everything Fun fun trip. Book here for sure!

Destin Vacation

Great house in a great spot. Everybody was comfortable and location was fantastic. The golf cart was the cherry on the cake. We will definitely be back, 10/10.

Annual family vacation

Absolutely beautiful and accommodating. From the 73 year old grandparents to the 3 year old great grand everyone’s needs were met. Beautiful home and very clean well cared for.

Fabulous home, location, and amenities

Easy checkin/out and excellent communication from start to finish. Wonderful home with plenty of space to be together or relax. Everything was thoughtfully stocked from coffee, towels, throws, soaps, detergent, etc. Awesome game space with arcade games, foosball table, and queen bunk beds. Loved the private backyard pool and short walk to the beautiful beaches. Fantastic all around!

Family Vacation

Nothing short of perfection. All 8 bedrooms with their own ensuites. Close proximity to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and utensils. Pool size was perfect and backyard provided privacy

Loved Pearl Palace

All we needed and more. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The house is beautiful and perfectly designed for maximum efficiency. Great mattresses and upgraded appliances. Hopefully we’ll be back soon

Five Stars

Pearl Palace has it all. Its open-concept layout allowed all the family to be together. The pool and game room kept the little ones entertained the whole week. The golf cart was great for quick trips to the beach and nearby stores. 7 bedrooms with bathrooms made it perfect for privacy. All questions were answered promptly with no issues.

If you're thinking about booking the "Pearl Palace", do it! The home was abundantly stocked from the kitchen to beach chairs/toys! So conveniently located! A short ride on the golf cart (low speed vehicle) to the beach which also had a parking lot just for the lsv's! The pool and game room were huge hits! If I had any questions or concerns the property manager was very quick to reply. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would highly recommend to family and friends as well as stay there again next year!! So many wonderful memories were made!

Perfect Family Stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 15. There's plenty of room to spread out. My teenage grand daughter felt like royalty with her very own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The beds were comfy and it was very easy for everyone to get ready to go out to dinner every evening because every bedroom has its own bathroom. Such a plus! All the bathrooms have showers so not having a tub made it a little challenging to bathe the little ones but we made do. The kids had a blast in the gameroom. The kitchen was very well stocked. The private pool was great! We found that this home was extremely convenient to every place we went to. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Great for the whole family!

We found this home to be exacctly what the listing stated..There were 16 of us and everyone had their own space. The property was clean amd everyone enjoyed the pool. The only negative was that after our 2nd day there we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I feel like with the price we paid, we should have been supplied with more than juat 2 fays worth.

Family vacation

This is our normal family vacation. Was a beautiful home and area. Not to far from the beach and loved the access to the golf cart. Was easy to get the keys for it and entry into the house. Loved the pool when it was to hot to get to the beach. House layout was perfect for our family. Had plenty of ice for coolers going to the beach. House had a big table and plenty of counter space to fix meals and sit down and eat together as a big family. Loved everything about the house and location. Talking about coming back again and if available, to this house. Thanks.

Tankless water heater quit

No hot water for almost two days. Two daughters with infants left early b/c they were afraid of when the hot water issue would be fixed. I thought it was appropriate to get some small refund due to I paid over 15 thousand dollars and expected it to function as needed. Also, they advertised an elevator. Which would have been nice for several reasons but was told by maintenance the elevated was only available for the owners.
