I’ll start with: I would highly recommend this house for a younger crowd (bachelor/bachelorette groups, birthdays, etc). Giant house! All of the bedrooms were either massive or still decently sized, nothing felt crammed. The beds were all comfy and pillows weren’t terrible. The en-suite bathrooms felt luxurious and high quality. Some of the jack n Jill bathrooms had very dimly lit lighting and felt older (I wouldn’t bathe my child in the tub but shower was fine). There were I think 6 thermostats which was great. Pool area was kept well manicured. The kitchen was slightly disappointing, one of the dishwashers was broken and the other one was ancient. Fridge had some missing shelves. Utensil drawers were not smooth on the tracks. Some of the utensils and cooking spatulas had leftover food residue. Every neighbor we could see was a bachelorette party or younger crowd so there are definitely parties during the day, which could be disturbing to young families. I love how many refrigerators the house had - I think 7 total including mini fridges. Elevator was great for luggage. The host responded immediately and made every part of this process smooth. I would 100% go back with my friends but I probably wouldn’t bring my babies here (I just have really high standards for them).
