Aqua Tranquility is a beautiful five bedroom vacation home in one of Destin's premier gated communities, Destiny East. Between the private pool, a spill-over spa tub, sunk-in picnic tables, beautiful Gulf views from the rooftop deck, and chic interior, this home is an absolute dream. This luxurious lakefront property is just a short six-minute walk away from the beach and features every amenity necessary for a relaxing beach getaway, family vacation, or winter retreat.
As you pull up to Aqua Tranquility, you'll immediately notice its undeniable curb appeal. The home features a large brick paved driveway, perfectly manicured gardens, and towering palm trees. Around back, you'll find that the pool area is equally beautiful. The backyard boasts breathtaking views of one of Destin's rare coastal dune lakes. In addition, there's also a large private pool with an infinity edge, a gigantic spa tub, grill area, and plenty of deck seating.
Inside, this home features a bright and airy open floor plan, chic decor, and dazzling views. The main living area is located on the first floor and includes a living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, built-in shelving, a fireplace, plenty of seating, and leads out to the pool deck. The kitchen is located right off of the dining room and includes granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar seating five. The dining area is also found in the main living area and features a formal dining table that seats up to ten guests, which makes this home perfect for big family get-togethers.
In addition to its amazing amenities and beautiful design, Aqua Tranquility features five bedrooms and accommodates up to sixteen guests comfortably. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV, a king-sized bed, access to the pool deck, and a spectacular lake view. In addition, the master bedroom also has its own private ensuite bathroom that includes a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sink vanity. The second bedroom is also located on the first floor and features hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV, and king-sized bed as well.
The remaining three bedrooms are all located on the second floor of the home. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink vanity. In addition, it also has access to the spacious second-story balcony that overlooks the pool and coastal dune lake. Similarly, the fourth bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. It also features a shared jack-and-jill bathroom that leads into the fifth bedroom. Finally, the fifth bedroom sleeps up to eight guests with two sets of full/full bunk beds and features a flat-screen TV.
