Relaxing start to retirement celebration

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and convenient condo. We especially appreciated the beach access, pickleball courts, and restaurant. Being on the first floor was very convenient since we were traveling with our small dog.

Great Beach location

We loved our stay here! This unit does not have a washer and dryer in it but a laundry room is right beside the building although you MUST have quarters there is no card swiper. The unit was clean and well stocked for our 5 nights. Pool right out the back door! Would definitely stay here again it is perfect for two people and is a great beach location.

This unit is located on the back portion of the property. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and beautiful. The beach area was across the street, but not hard to get to. The deck was very nice for a morning cup of coffee and to watch the sun come up. We will put this in our favorites.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Everything was as stated on the website. It was at the far end of the complex so to get to the beach we had to drive to the other side and park and then walk from there (my wife has mobility issues).

Sandpiper Cove

Our Destin Trip was great. Room was perfect for us. Nice and clean with king size bed. Condominium is in a great location. Room is on a golf coarse. Pool was near by. Had a nice front and back porch. This units is located in the very back of the condominium. It's a nice walk to the beach. Beach access was really nice with showers and chair rentals. We took our own chairs and wagon which worked out well.

Amazing rental

We were overall very happy with our stay at this condo. The property is well maintained and secure. It is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed tagging along with us. I appreciated the over communication from management in regards to check in and how to get a hold of them if we needed anything. For the price it is a GREAT rental. The location in Destin was ideal, the private beach was great, the pools/hot tub are well maintained, and we had a great vacation with the help of this condo. The only advise I would give to future renters here is bring your own bedding, it did not take from the experience but it is the one thing I would do differently if I were to go back.

Bring your air freshener

Smells of a stale old person. First thing that we did was go get air fresheners and disinfectant everything. The unit is as far away from the beach as possible. Then when we got to the beach we were told that we could not use our own tent, that we would need to rent on of there’s. Needless to say we will not be going back there.

An ok stay

The grounds were very nice. Lots to do. The unit could use a little maintenance. Back deck was very worn and paint chipping. There were 2 burnt out light bulbs at arrival. No hot water on the bathroom sink. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. There was also a dirty air filter from something on the coffee table on arrival too. It was a nice area to stay but the unit could have used a little more upkeep.
