Girls Weekend

We had a fantastic girl's weekend staying at this rental property. Spacious and clean, we had no complaints! The golf was an added perk that was great for getting to the beach.

Absolutely loved the house. Thoughtfully decorated, beds were plenty comfortable! Pictures are accurately representative of the space. Plenty of space for everybody and the heated pool was appreciated as it was chilly in early November. House location to everything you could possibly need is within a few miles. Getting beignets and coffee from Beignets and Brew is a must. We went back every day and even ordered them to be delivered from uber eats. that's how good those turtle beignets are!

Latitude Stay

Great property, included heated pool and golf cart are a plus! Rooms and common areas are great. Fridge space is limited so would suggest having large coolers for drinks during the stay.

Perfect Beach Stay for Company Retreat

With every room having it's own bathroom, this was the perfect option for a small company retreat. The living space is big and open, and the pool out back was perfect for the evenings. There is an area of public beach within walking distance (4 or so blocks), and while it is small, if you go early, you can easily get space. It was easy and super fast to get approval for the golf cart rental with the property, so we used it to shuttle families back and forth between the beach.

Family Fun

Our family, ages 1 yr to 60yrs, enjoyed this spacious house located in a peaceful neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. The golf cart was a huge asset to our daily trips to the beach. Any concerns or problems were solved within minutes or hours.The whole experience was fantastic!

Lovely property

There were a few minor issues with plumbing but other than that the property is really nice. It is decorated very well. The location is very convenient. The amenities were good and only a block or two from the ocean.

Family vacation

Perfect house forr our family vacation. We had 11 adults and 3 children. Every couple had their own room with lots of space. Would definitely consider this house again.

Seemed like the house only had a quick wipe down cleaning. Floors were very dirty and disgusting you couldn’t walk around without shoes on. Showers had piles of sand in them. Several showers also did not drain and almost overflowed.

Review for 4541 Luke Avenue, Destin, FLTravel Dates: 11/13–11/17 Our group of 10 arrived early due to travel disruptions caused by the government shutdown affecting international airports. Although the home was unoccupied, the host was not accommodating of an early check-in, leaving us to walk around town for several hours with all of our luggage. While we understand that early check-ins aren’t always possible, the lack of flexibility—especially given the circumstances and the home’s vacant status—was disappointing.Unfortunately, the condition of the house upon check-in was an even bigger concern. The property had not been properly cleaned from the previous guests. The floor in front of the refrigerator had caked-on dirt, the inside of the garbage can lid was visibly dirty, and multiple surfaces—tables, furniture, and light fixtures—had thick layers of dust. We documented the issues and provided photos to the host immediately upon arrival.While the location was convenient for our stay, the lack of cleanliness and initial inflexibility created a frustrating start to our trip. We hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests.

Beautiful beach home!!

The home comfortably fit our group of 9 with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare! The beds were so comfortable! The golf cart and bikes were an excellent bonus! The grill, washer and dryer plus dishwasher were great to have! The decor in the house was very nice all around. Plenty of seating inside and out. However, the large couch was not very comfortable for older adults but the kids liked it. The chandelier over the kitchen island was very dusty, but everything else seemed clean. Vinyl foors in high traffic areas may not hold up longterm as there seems to be issues starting already. A step light on the back patio could help at night when you don't want to turn on the overhead lights to attract bugs. This could help avoid someone missing the step and falling off the patio. Sprinklers cane on several times while we were in the pool, so could maybe change the schedule to early morning or late night. Loved the house and our stay!!
