Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 10th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Fully furnished kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has an oversized walk in shower & double vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Third bedroom has bunk beds twin over full. Living room has flat screen cable TV/DVD and sleeper sofa. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

This condo is great. The kids and parents loved it! There are some toys that people leave by the pool so you don’t need to bring any! They also had a box fan. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was nice. There were some minor things that could be addressed to give this property five stars all around. The rugs currently in the unit need to be replaced. The one in the front room was dirty. The biggest inconvenience was that the hot water didn't really get hot. Other than these two things, the unit was fine. We still enjoyed our stay. I would stay again and I would recommend it with these two caveats.

View and location are incredible. Loved the included beach service, too. The property felt safe and was an easy drive to many great restaurants and activities.We didn't know the laundry room would only be accessible through one of the bedrooms, which wasn't ideal for our sleeping arrangements and running a load of laundry in the evening but we had a little one sleeping in that space. Also, the bedding was pretty worn out, but we visited at the end of summer so that may be part of the reason. Those two things weren't big issues but worth knowing about. There was a weird smell throughout our stay and the maintenance came promptly (twice!) to try to address it for us, which was very much appreciated.

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

Nice large refrigerator and freezer; ice maker didn't make a lot of ice but we had freezer packs. Beds were very comfy! Only real downside was the slow, stuffy elevators. Highly recommend this condo; would stay here again!
