Our newly listed (3) bedroom residence is perfect for couples or families to gather for FUN, rest, and relaxation. The private community has so much to offer, and the private beach access is a quick walk across the street. If you are the active vacationer, Sandpiper Cove offers swimming pools, hot tubs, FREE (9) Hole (3) par Pitch-n-Putt golf course, tennis, pickleball, Bocce Ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, onsite boat launch, boat slip rentals & docking in the small marina on the canal.



Experience the water activities and catch the dolphins playing along the pristine Emerald Coastline along the 1100’ of dedicated beachfront. Stroll the beach for endless miles enjoying the sugar-white sand between your toes with the crystal-clear turquoise waters all while absorbing a free dose of Vitamin D! Take advantage of Rick’s Sand Trap, Sandpiper Cove Beach Bar, and the on-site restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, serving gulf seafood with a creole flair. Take time to wander around the docks & canals to enjoy the convenience of calling the water taxi, which takes you to the HarborWalk or surrounding restaurants throughout the harbor, it’s a great to not have to worry about driving.



The Sandpiper Cove resort has Guard House staffed 24/7. Parking is plentiful in the driveway, with 1 covered space, plus (4)-(5) spaces pending the size of your vehicles. You are welcome to park your boat and/or boat trailer in the driveway, as long as you can fit in the driveway.



Our spacious residence is blessed with a bright and open floor plan, vaulted ceilings with a plenitude of natural sunlight! The area invites entertainment throughout the kitchen, dining area and great room, which extends the area to the outdoor deck. Cherish having your morning coffee or evening libations and/or meals a’ la carte, then take a stroll to the beach or around the canals and golf course at Sandpiper Cove.



The living room features a large flat screen TV, (2) queen sleeper sofas and (2) reclining chairs where you can snuggle up with your favorite snacks to enjoy sporting events or movies, or simply gather around the large coffee table to play games and hear the laughter of your friends and family. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless-steel appliances. We offer a Keurig and/or Coffee Maker for all your brewing pleasures. The kitchen offers counter seating for (4), and the dining room table offers seating for (4), you can also dine alfresco on the upper-level deck which also has seating for (4). The all-time favorite, prime-time entertainment area, is the large ground level, covered patio with an oversized daybed swing, (2) Adirondack chairs, picnic table, dartboard, and outdoor grill.



The Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom is very private and located on the top floor and features plantation blinds throughout, with a comfortable chic décor, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a step-in shower/tub combo, dual vanities & commode. (2) Guest Bedrooms are located on the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed the other bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed. Both rooms have flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, & large closets. The bathroom is shared between with a step-in shower/tub combo, vanity, and commode.



The ground level has an outdoor shower, a perfect place to wash off the sandy beach. The laundry room has a full-sized washer & dryer along with beach chairs, beach umbrella & beach wagon all available for your stay.
