The Space

Welcome to a newly renovated, luxurious modern retreat on the picturesque peninsula of Holiday Isle. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light and scenic water views. The main living area invites you to relax with plush seating and a large 86" LG OLED smart TV.

The adjacent, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a sleek design with expansive waterfall-edge quartz countertops. Enjoy meals at the cozy dining nook or the formal dining table.

This home comfortably accommodates large groups with five bedrooms:
Primary Suite: King bed, 65" smart TV, private balcony, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, and a full-size crib.
Bedroom 2: King bed, 55" smart TV, and a private balcony.
Bedroom 3: King bed and a 55" smart TV.
Bedroom 4 (Main Floor): Twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a 55" smart TV.
Bedroom 5 (First Floor): Daybed with a trundle (converts to a king bed), a 75" smart TV, and direct access to the pool area.
An additional queen sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space.

Step outside to your private oasis with a large swimming pool and a covered patio equipped with an outdoor shower, ceiling fan, porch swing, and grill. The garage has been converted into a game room with a 3-in-1 game table (foosball, air hockey, pool), a ping pong table, and a seating area.

Guests will have exclusive and full access to the entire home, its private amenities, and the complimentary resort amenities of the Destin Pointe community.

Extras

Pool Heat: The private pool can be heated from October 1st to May 1st for an additional fee of $65 per night for the entire stay. This must be arranged prior to your arrival.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, bath tissue to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
Grocery Delivery: We have partnered with a local service for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery to save you time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in are eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.
