Laundry, privacy-fenced yard. 72" TV in main level living room, 55" upstairs; all bedrooms have TV's with Roku. Quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minutes to Adventureland and Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino. 10 minutes to the Iowa State Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to downtown Des Moines. Garage space not included.
Main level has living room with large sectional. Dining room with seating for 6, kitchen, one bedroom with full-sized bed, another bedroom with full-sized bed, front and back porches. Second level has family room with small couches, bathroom and another bedroom with queen-sized bed, murphy cabinet that folds out to a full-sized bed. Laundry is in the basement.
