I had a really enjoyable stay at the Leonardo Hotel and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a good-quality bed that made it easy to get a proper night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, and the facilities were exactly what I needed for a relaxed and stress-free stay. The bathroom was clean and well laid out, with good water pressure and plenty of towels. The staff deserve a special mention – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. The calm environment, reliable facilities, and professional service made it easy to relax after a busy day and stay focused on work. Overall, the Leonardo Hotel offered excellent value for money, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it for both leisure and business travellers.

The staff were most helpful on check in, has a good location, although their car park was full they directed me to the closest car park ( 5 minutes walk) and validated the discount. Great location and hotel was clean and nice view from my corner room

Our room was not ready when we arrived due to an error on the hotels booking schedule. We were given the standard room and we had to inform the reception staff of tthe error after being sent to the wrong room. The reception staff were very helpful and offered us complimentary hot drinks whilst we wiaited for 30 minutes to be allocated our correct booked executive room. Our room when we arrived was in excellent condition and the amenities were first class. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The room didnt look like it was an executive room. There was no water and no fridge and there were bits left in the bath which I cleaned away. Some of the gym equipment was broken. One positive was that the staff were very friendly. Probably wouldnt go back sadly!

The hotel was lovely and clean. However on arrival our executive room booked hadn't gone through to the hotel and we were given a basic disabled room. We had to go back to reception and show our booking confirmation. Although the executive room was better, the room itself was very small. The king size bed took up most of the room. The so called mini fridge contained two cans of pepsi and a kit kat! Breakfast was nice and very well cared for by staff.

Me and my friend had a overnight stay ,we had a family room with a king-size and sofa bed ,there were no sheets or duvet for the sofa bed ,so walked down to reception to inform them on 2 separate occasions, the receptionist said on both occasions that they would get room service to sort it . So we came back on a good night out ,to the room and still no sheets or duvet. It was too late to complain so I left it ,and had to borrow a sheet from my friends bed . I was not to happy . The only thing in there favour was that the hotel was very busy that night .

The hotel requires urgent refurbishment or deep cleaning of carpeted areas, which currently detracts from guest comfort. Reception staff were unhelpful and insisted on full payment of the entire booking plus extras at check-in, rather than just the additional charges, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard expected from shouldn't dvdb comparable hotels like Premier Inn.
