They charge for parking but they don’t tell you until after you check out and you don’t get your full deposit back. The furniture in the rooms is really really dirty and worn. The rooms are not cleaned at all during your stay. They don’t vacuum often enough so the hallway and lobby and of course your room ends up dirty. I asked them to at least empty our garbage cans and they did not. The staff is nice but the lack of daily cleaning and hidden parking fees are such a bummer. Also you will hear the people above you very clearly. It’s hard to sleep if the people above check in late or wake up early.

This hotel was a very excellent place to stay while visiting denver, the only complaint that I have is that the pillows were very flat and not the most comfortable, but thats it, everything else was amazing
