Room and grounds were not clean . Place is undergoing a much needed renovation. Cigarette burns in bathroom and on vanity. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold lobby had no bathroom or services Curtains were filthy and inside out trash outside room. We did not feel safe staying and decided to find other accommodations. We know people who tried to check in earlier also decided to cancel reaervations sorry about the quality of the phots. They don’t really capture how awful this place is.

We left and stayed somewhere else because the room was gross. They have a nicely kept “model room” near the front office they use for the pictures and for guests to view before they check in. The model room is a far cry from the actual condition of the rooms. Strong odor.

OK for the price

It was noisy by the interstate and pretty cold. The heater wasn’t very strong. I think with decent weather and on the other side of the motel, it would be fine.

the room had NO HEAT!, When I asked the manager in the middle of the night, I was told that they had not turned on the heat to the building yet - despite cooler temperatures. He offered to provide a portable electric heater, but no compensation. Good thing I had enough clothes to layer up. The bathroom exhaust air vent was filthy and there was no tissue paper in the room. The exterior was run down

The hotel room was clean and staged as we arrived, but there were burn holes all around on the floors, surfaces and blanket. The bed was not very comfortable. There were only 2, fairly flat pillows. Despite the property pictures giving the impression of having a pool for the using, I am glad that it was not because the look of it when walking by, made it seem less than safe to be near or in.

Didn’t even stay there, we Went to check in in a couple coming out told us that they had bedbugs there. He talked to his manager and the representatives at hotels.com and still have not received the refund.
