Beautiful resort property right on Sanur beach. Nice oceanfront walk provides multiple dining & shopping options. Great buffet breakfast, beautiful pools and lovely gardens. Family oriented, but great for couples too. Just over 1 km from the Sanur ferry terminal for boats to Nusa Penida and other local islands.

Well worth the stay

The resort is situated perfectly to shopping and beach. Grounds were amazing. Wonderful pools. Restaurants providing tasty and inviting food. Our room was a bit noisy and no view on our patio. Bed was comfortable amd room functional.

I didn’t like the uneven ground on the path from the reception past the pool to the Byrd restaurant. I think for the spaciousness of the property the rooms are very small

The hotel is alright but the staff around the grounds are Very lazy and don’t have any common sense. Also is some sort of club nearby so you hear bass thru the room until very late. I think it may be a new club so if you’re planning a trip here for the future pay attention to this review

Loved our first stay at Segara. Very quiet with multiple pools. Room was clean and tidy. You can walk directly out to the beach that has lots of restaurants, shopping and a bike track. A good place to stay if visiting islands!

The gardens are beautiful and beautifully maintained, the breakfasts were excellant and the staff really wonderful, helpful and friendly. We would have liked to eat at the Segara restaurants, but both at lunch and dinner the constant loud music made that impossible. Many of your guest I think would be happy to eat with quiet background music. And it was loud--I could hear it right down at the sea wall, and my hearing isn't terribly good anyway!

The location of Segara Village is perfect: on the beach and in a convenient part of Sanur. The facilities for young families are outstanding; a real good playground next to a pool which has a life guard and the staff were lovely to the children. The grounds are beautiful with a cafe, bakery, gelataria, spa etc and the rooms are fine. Balinese staff are always pleasant and helpful. I have travelled many times to Sanur and my husband and I found the resort a bit busy, impersonal and pricey. Our 30-something daughter loved it, however!

We loved every bit of our stay here from the friendly staff, the gardens, the pools. Buffet breakfast was amazing, complimentary afternoon tea lovely and the complimentary cookies delivered each night. The room was so nice, big bed, amazing shower and very, very clean. Location perfect. Highly recommend and look forward to our second stay in a few days from now.

So relaxing

We had such a relaxing time after getting out of busy Seminyak. It was such a change coming here. The resort is right on the beach, however the beach is not needed as the resort has three swimming pools. The service of the pool staff was outstanding. They were friendly and efficient and were there to help all day long which made us not want to leave. There is also a tennis court and table tennis in the resort and you can hire push bikes on the beach side of the resort. I'd recommend a late afternoon ride along the beach. There are many other restaurants along the beach side of the resort as well as the main street being just a few minutes walk away, so there are so many options available close by.

Absolute bliss. Well designed resort, cool vibe, quiet even when busy, The Brrd House restaurant is gorgeous, beachfront setting spectacular and serene. Love North Sanur - chilled out vibe. Will defo be staying again!
