Communication with Judy was easy, she helped with our initial questions quickly and easily. Also she had the piano turned after finding out my wife is a player. The home is incredibly livable. This property was clearly used as a home, and as such, everything you could need is there. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

As advertised...

The property was everything we needed for our stay in Del Mar. Close uber drive to Del Mar Racetrack + the house itself was beautiful. The outdoor / patio space did not disappoint either. Our host Judy was super responsive throughout, making check-in and check-out process super smooth. We will 100% look to be back at this time next year.

Absolutely great place

We had an amazing family reunion at Judy’s place. The space was perfect for our group of 5 and expanded to include 8 on our last night. Everyone had a place to sleep and we had plenty of space to spread out, relax and play games. The area boasted a convenience store with plenty of provisions, great local restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Coastal Home

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and this home is wonderful! It has a gorgeous view. Beautiful furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. And I’ve never enjoyed a rental home with such a well equipped kitchen before. Everything you could want is in this kitchen. I would definitely return. Thank you Judy!

Wonderful stay near Torrey Pines beach

We loved our stay here! This home fit our family of 7 adults perfectly. Unfortunately it was cloudy all weekend, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the amazing views this home offers, but the clouds didn’t deter our great weekend in San Diego! Judy was so wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

This property continues to to a wonderful experience! It is clean, comfortable, and has everything you could need. The beach is wonderfully accessible, as is the freeway for heading to attractions. This is our second visit over the years and we will stay again when we travel to the San Diego area, no question.

Great place to stay with family!

The house was clean and easy to live in with great views and outside areas where you can relax and entertain! We had days of rain so having a nice house to enjoy was awesome. The host was very responsive and gave us great tips for restaurants and activities. Great VRBO rental!

Christmas in San Diego

Our family enjoyed this well stocked home, with beautiful views in a perfect location. We escaped the snowstorm to beautiful weather. The host added a Christmas tree and decorations which was especially nice. The kitchen and baths were the best furnished we have seen in a rental properties. Lots of space inside and out. Truly enjoyed our time there.

Torrey Pines Hidden Cozy Gem

Five adults were more than comfortable. Upscale modern kitchen equipped beyond imagination. Social areas inside and outside are spacious and beautiful. Small deck on ocean side. Surprisingly huge, but private sitting areas in the fully finished backyard area. We enjoyed the fire pit on cool nights and casted movies to the large TV in the living room on rainy nights. Excellent high end gas grill. No shortage of linens. Beautifully decorated. Felt like home and Judy was proactive and attentive to every detail. We’ll be back !!

Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was spacious and perfect for our group of 8. The outdoor space is truly something special. The neighborhood does have some construction which can lead to some noise but nothing too bad. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

This property's ideal location about a 15 minute walk to Torrey Pines Beach. The house is absolutely beautiful, and has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with every dish, pan, utensil imaginable. Ample/extra bedding/pillows/towels available. Washer/dryer in home very convenient. We also appreciated that toiletries were available in the bathrooms, and that there was coffee/Keurig in the kitchen! The outdoor entertainment area in the back of the house if perfect for grilling out, relaxing. There is also a small balcony in the front which is great for watching the sunset. Wifi works perfectly. The home was very clean, check-in and check-out process easy and the Judy was quick to respond to a question I had. Definitely recommend this property.

Little slice of heaven

This was an awesome house with plenty of seating and hanging out options! We loved hanging outside front porch as we made dinner and loved enjoying morning coffee on the back deck as we watched the lagoon and ocean. Great location! Walking distance from a few cute restaurants. Very short driving trip to hiking and beach visits. Plenty of bath towels and cooking cookingware available. However, there wasn't one dish towel to use which made food prep and clean up difficult.

Perfect place for a family get together

Great property with large indoor spaces, as we'll as a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather. It is an easy walk to the beach and even into Del Mar, although a bit longer; but the property is near highway 5, which makes everything very accessible. The kitchen had an abundance of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. as well as high end appliances. We would definitely stay again! The beds were comfortable, supplied linens were abundant and everything we needed was there.

Overall property and location was GREAT. If your looking to rent during anytime of the warm season there is NO AC and it is best to stay out of home until sunset when it cools off.

Great Home & Location

This home is great. It doesn’t have AC which proved challenging during the heatwave but we were provided fans. There are some chickens at the neighbors who give you a morning wake up call too and unfortunately there was loud construction weekdays in addition. We did enjoy our stay here though, the views are wonderful & you are perfectly located to LaJolla & San Diego.
