Room was presented in a pleasant way, clean and comfortable. A couple of hair was left in the bathtub. Wife, really despises this. Two small things. 1. Looked like the shower rod was used as a hand hold, it was almost falling off wall, could not keep curtain closed. 2. Tub slow to drain, water backed up while showering. Otherwise, it went well, appreciated the breakfast assortment and 24hr coffee access. Thank you, happy New Year. P.S. I’m not offering this to complain, but to perhaps be more efficient in the maintenance of the small things.

Going up to my room, I noticed the floor being really dirty. My bedding had stains. Next morning I go to eat breakfast. It’s filthy. The seats were covered in stains and I really didn’t even want to sit down. The breakfast was subpar with rotten bananas.

Asked to check in 30 minutes early. They wouldn’t let us even though there wasn’t another vehicle in the parking lot. Property was grown up with 3 ft tall weeds all around. Lobby chairs were stained and filthy. Left without ever checking in.

The hotel smelled like mildew. It wasn’t very clean and there were scuff marks on the doors and walls. The paint job on the walls look like a novice painted it, very poorly painted. The towels smell like greasy oily hair. I will not stay at this hotel again. After staying at a top notch HIE the night before this location was very disappointing.
