Nice area. Maybe they should put people with kids on the first floor. Had to make a couple calls to the front desk because kids were jumping, running, and being very loud on the floor above us. We were told that they they notified the family but basically “they have 4 kids”. That isn’t an acceptable response. How about tell them to quit or leave. I paid for our room, so I shouldn’t have to deal with disrespectful people.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Our room smelled really bad, not clean an all. Found stuff all over under sofa bed, hair and plastic in the shower, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, furniture really gross and dingy. Needs major cleaning or replaced, would not walk on gross carpet without shoes. Way too high of price for such a gross dirty place to stay.

Very disappointed. It was rated 8.2/10. My wife and I would rate it about 4. It was very noisy - people running in the halls until 11 p.m., housekeeping vacuuming the halls until almost 10, walls were very thin and sound came through. The facility is old and needs some refurbishing (i.e. spots on carpeting and carpeting coming up in places, wall trim falling off, new paint needed). Breakfast was dismal (no plates were available, sausage gravy was very sour - bad?). Won't stay here again.

The room was fine, the gentleman checking us in was polite and friendly. Breakfast was non-existent. One biscuit and dried out gravy plus the coffee machine was out of order.

Needed upgrades which it looked like they were doing in many rooms. Tv didn't work. We notified and they came and checked after about 2 hours but said, sorry we can't help and said next and walkedout..treadmill didn't work. Rooms and hallway smelt like spices. I wasn't pleased with the place for the price i paid.

Gentleman at check out was nice but that was probably the only nice thing about this hotel. The main lobby and hallways smelled very bad. The bed in our room was slanted, the bathroom was dirty, the sink counter was damaged. The continental breakfast was the worst I’ve seen, they had dirty dishes in the sink, loaves of bread where bread is usually displayed, with jars of peanut butter for everyone to use instead of individual packets, the crockpot with gravy was quite dirty and no workers in sight. I only took pictures of some of the breakfast area as I was shocked at the condition. I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed at other Wyndham properties on our trip and this was not up to par with the others.

The room was clean but when we checked in, no one was at the front desk. I had to call to have someone check us in. The parking was not very good. The continental breakfast was terrible. They had scrambled eggs in a warmer and they tasted funny and were hard. The biscuits were rock hard and burned on the bottom. There was a rotten banana that was with the fruit.
