Great, nice, clean place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful.
The front desk lady was unprofessional and snippy the second I walked in the door.
It was a busy weekend. At breakfast, eggs were completely gone when I was downstairs and no one replenished them during the 25 minutes that I was there. The Internet went out one night and when I called them to ask about it I was told it was because the hotel was so full. Even when I called corporate to complain because I was lied to by the staff, I was told that the property will address the issue. Nothing was Ever done.
Great place to stay in Sturgis. Convenient location. Simple breakfast buffet. Sometimes live music in bar. Stayed in handicapped room and bathroom very wheelchair friendly.
This property gave a nice group rate to a church group we were staying with. They treated us very well throughout our stay.
Property was well kept and rooms were clean. Our room, however was missing a fridge and the tv wasn't working.

The heaters were horribly loud. I had to switch rooms which put me next to a room that a dog barked and cried for over 4 hours. I won’t stay there again They do have a nice bar there with friendly staff.

We specifically booked this hotel because we are traveling with kids and the website showed it had a pool. After we checked in we informed the pool was being demolished and the space would become a bar. The receptionist was not so much rude as unsympathetic to why we had chosen this hotel. We arrived early enough for the kids to have some time to swim. We've been on the road from Oregon and had promised the kids we'd stay at a place with a pool. So the unkindness was unnecessary. And a refund would be appreciated.
