Awesome location and experience

Communication with property management is the best I have ever experienced! I received notifications in advance of my arrival and a link to a portal that told me everything I needed to know about the units.The units had more than enough room for a large group with everyone having the ability to find quiet space.The units has beach items for small children and an awesome neso beach tent.Kitchens were large with everything needed for the week.Anyone giving anything other than a great rating wiuld not be pleased anywhere.Short walk to beach that gave plenty of space and privacy! Great management, location and ynits!

Awesome Property

We had a great time! This property had something for everyone. We did have an issue with the A/C, but the communication was great. They had someone out to service it ASAP. The location was convient, grocery stores and etc. within 5 miles. The beach was within a 5 minute walk across the street. Loved the property and will definitely be back!

Nice beach condo

We had both condo units, and they were clean and easy to access with the keypad lock. An easy short walk to the beach. One of the townhouses was more equipped for cooking supplies than the other, but for the most part, we had everything we needed to prepare meals.The gaming garage is really fun but stays a little bit warmer than the rest of the house, and unfortunately, the Pac-Man arcade was out of service.The gaming board in the master bedroom is really fun! The decor was fun on one side and more elegant on the other. We liked both sides.Some of the full/queen mattresses weren't as comfortable, but the twin bunks and master beds were good to sleep on. Easy instructions for checking in and out.

Perfect

We stayed here with a few adult couples and it was perfect. Half of our groups was sober and having the made for a great weekend. Its just a walk across the street to a path that brings you right to the as well! We actually walked the beach to the restaurantss it was about 3.5 miles

Spacious houses

Loved the houses! Townhouse 124 was perfect for 5 kids! Both were super roomy and comfortable. The area around the houses was quiet and clean.

Great Place

We had a great experience. The location was terrific. It is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The host's communication was the best I have ever dealt with. Very easy check in and check out. I highly recommend staying in this location if you are looking for a getaway.

Two nice townhomes (1 for the kids & other for the parents)

Kids had their own house to have fun and watch movies, they came to the other house just for food or to go to the beach. Very nice place. The walkway to the beach which is opposite to this community is closed, and the Nintendo in the kids house was not working this made v the c kids little disappointed. Now that the TV prices have gone down,, they could install a bigger TV in the entertainment garage

Great location with easy access to the beach. Good variety of beach toys for the kids available. Enough space for 15 of us to eat and play together and also have our own space when we wanted. Disappointed that some of the games were out of order. Kids liked the themed rooms.

Lots of little issue, but they fixed everything immediately

Had issues with the lock, dryer, sink leaking, ect. They sent someone out to fix it quickly. Great location. Bring your own cooking utensils. They were a little understocked for things like non-stick pans, but overall great place to stay with friends.

COLLEGE NATIONALS

We had 15 members of our family join us to support our daughter at the NDA College Nationals. The two houses exceeded our expectations. We had ample space for all of us to spread out and have our own sleeping space. My only request would be that someone please tighten all of the bunk beds. They were all very loose and none of the kids felt safe sleeping on them so we ended up just moving mattresses to the floor.

Best Family place ever

We vacation a lot with our family and this place by far was if not the best one of the best with ever been to. Plenty of space, all the commodities that you need, games galore for kids as well as adult. Kudos to the owners

Amazing property

This property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated in a game theme in one townhouse while the other was relaxing. Soft bed and soft pillows. Lots of room to move around. Beach access was across the road and took about 1 minute to get there walking. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fun in the Sun

we had a game condo and standard condo. it would be nice to have a fan for the pool table room. the ocean access was being repaired and not usable. next closet was 1/4 mile away. everything else was great.

Spring Break

The location and homes were great. The game room was entertaining for the kids, however the stand up arcade game was not working and after contacting management on day one it took three days for someone to come out just to confirm the machine was broke. Both kitchens had the basics with only one toaster between the two units. Blow dryers were pulling away from the wall in two bathrooms. Plastic stemware for wine/mimosas. Beach access is limited due to storm damage. Beach access across the street from the house was closed requiring you to walk .4 miles to/from. Grocery store within walking distance and the area seemed less busy than further north.

Family Getaway

Immediately upon walking in, we were Pleasantly surprise to see the house matched the pictures exactly. It was clean, colorful, and spacious with plenty of room for our entire family. The keyless entry was convenient and hassle free. The kids loved how each room had a different game theme. And the game room/theater room was a favorite place in the house. The house was conveniently located to all amenities we could think of; restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores and beach access. These units quickly became a favorite and we Look forward to making this an annual trip. We'll definitely be booking with the hosts again! Thanks for helping make our family vacation a memorable one.
