Was located perfectly for highway access and local roads travel. Also located perfectly for gas and convenience store access. Perfectly placed to be a more economically choice for access to local beach and municipality areas.

Room was very dirty. No hot water. The laundry facility was outside under stairway. It was very dirty with no detergent to buy or change machine available.

Neither toilet or sink worked properly. Shower was warm at best. Half of the tv screen didn't work. Shares a parking lot with a "gentlemen's club" and associated patrons. Room was dirty.

I forfeited my money, did not stay and booked a room down the street. What is not shown on the map or in comments is that the front door of this hotel sits steps away from the back door of a very busy strip club. When we pull up there is a verbal altercation happening in the lobby parking lot. I did not feel safe enough to even go inside. Counted that money as a loss. Shame on Expedia for not naming the business that is in front of the hotel.
