The room was horrible. The floors were so dirty, my husband's feet were black after walking on the floor. There was used soap in the bathroom. The towels were dirty. The bathroom walls were plastered but never even painted. When the people above our room showered, the ceiling in our bathroom leaked. There were many other small issues, but the dirtiness of the room was the worst part. When my husband asked to see the manager, they said she wouldn't be in until 10 am. We waited but she never showed up. He managed to speak to her on the phone. She was rude and tried to blame us for not complaining the day we arrived. Our family was in another room and it was just a bad, very dirty.

Over charge. Loud music from the Gentlemen’s club. Loud airplanes. Roaches on the wall. Towels felt like sandpaper. Front desk attitude. Front door could see day light and security lock was broken.

Was under the impression that Motel 6, which historically allowed for 24 seven checking in at any time when I got there, the front desk was extremely rude and told me now it was 3 PM. It was unclear to me and therefore was not a welcoming experience nor somewhere I felt comfortable staying. As an Expedia platinum member, an indicating that to the gentleman who apparently was the owner. He had no desire to make any accommodations, and therefore provide provided no service and rendered no service. I was traveling and driving from up north and I was exhausted. I contacted Holiday Inn express down the street. They were able to accommodate my request and check me in at 3 AM and have me check out by 11 AM. Highly recommend any hotel with this one.

Let’s be honest, no one stays at a Motel 6 for the wonderful accommodations. The room was old and tired but everything worked. Plus it was clean and quiet. What was obnoxious was no shampoo was provided. After trying to call the front desk from the non-operational phone in the room, I went to front desk to let them know and was told they don’t provide shampoo. However, I could buy a travel sized tube for $2. Don’t cheap out on accepted essentials when the cost of them could easily be buried in the price of the room. Instead, that bottle of shampoo pissed of a customer who will likely never patronize this business again.

This place was not good at all. Dirty room, dirty towels, dirty clothes in the bathroom that obviously wasn’t ours. I was assigned a smoking room which was horrible because non of us smoke and on top of that i was charged an extra $70 for adding a third adult, when i was told it was gonna be $12(I talked to them weeks earlier). When I went to the front desk and literally showed her the message saying the $12 fee, she told me thats a mistake, it’s higher because of the activities of the weekend. My expectations were low before arriving and still got shocked by how low the overall experience was.
