Suspect a few people live there & are constantly outside rooms smoking weed & talking loudly on phones.. breakfast was great Served a purpose for us for a quick stopover… Beachfront location was amazing!!

The gentleman that waited on me when i checked in was the best ever. He was so busy but yet he was calm and just as nice as he could be. My room was on the first floor but i really wanted upstairs and i hated to go back and bother him but with a smile he changed my room to upstairs. That is one of the reasons this is always my go to hotel in daytona beach. I never stay anywhere else when im in daytona.

I did not get breakfast. The room was very clean and we did not use the Ac too much. I would improve the sliding doors with a screen and clean the tracks. The mattress was too soft for me and the water pressure was low. We loved the ocean front room. Your property allows dogs but their is no area for them to use

Great for the price, location is excellent. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. The only thing i would have liked is a little stronger water pressure in the shower. The shower also turned cold every now and then as if someone else was using water. Other than that, would have liked a little more variety at breakfast.
