We booked a 1 night stay for the holiday weekend. The pros include a nice staff,it was a great location for oceanfront access and holiday fireworks on the beach. The cons include an aged property in need of an upgrade with consistently broken elevators and rooms that are not well maintained. We even ran into some employees that warned us to always have our phones on us while in the elevator because they are always breaking down.

Rooms had great views of the beach. Very spacious, Great for longer stays. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. A one night stay to watch the sunrise and KSC. This hotel was a welcome rest after a long day travelling.

The staff was Great everyone so friendly and ready nice, the ladies at check-in were very accommodating, and helpful!! The property is a little dated but the views were great, and the access to the beach was perfect!! Pool was cold, not heated, the breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, but there was only one toaster, for so many ppl. But the rooms were clean, kitchen was clean, will probably be where my Jeep club will stay next year for Jeep beach again!!

Building is starting to show some wear and tear, but I have stayed here many times, and rarely have any issues. It’s not the Ritz, so if that’s what you’re looking for, keep going. It’s comfortable, safe, great location, and the staff works very hard to keep you happy. Thanks go out to Lester for all the help at check in!!

The condition of the resort needs redoing needs to be better. You can’t say that it is a resort and it doesn’t really look like a resort. I do think the place for allowing us to have a place to stay. Staff was super friendly, but the place does need an upgrade.

The property is terribly outdated. The jetted tub in the room was so old I was too scared to use it. The ceiling was peeling, the beds werent comfy,etc. But it had a beautiful view.
