Great weekend stay

It’s was a baseball weekend. I could tell that there has been a revamp of the hotel but it was done poorly. The painting of walls is chipping and the carpet is pulling up. But it wasn’t dirty and the beds were comfy! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and the breakfast was great.

I really appreciated the property felt clean and updated. I was bothered the the hallway temperature was warm and muggy, also, the floor towel for the shower was under two origami hand towels that I didn’t use but will now likely be washed anyway. The clothes rod was really low. I suspect because it was an accessible room. It would have been nice to have a second higher rod. Loved the dresser space.

The rooms and are stay was overall good I just think the housekeeping needs to have a better eye for cleaning cause as soon as we walked in are room there was a sock from a previous guest in eye sore under the chair as you walk in the room but the overall it was clean and a good stay for the most part
