EVERYTHING WAS FINE! COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY THERE WAS A EXHAUST FAN AND CEILING LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM BUT NO SWITCH TO TURN EITHER ONE ON! Looked in and outside the bathroom

It was very quite and clean. The staff was great and polite. The breakfast was fantastic

Easy & quick check in. Pleasant staff & clean rooms. Only problem had was room card keys would not work. Had to get new ones 5x's in 3 days. Also, elevator broke & would not go to Fourth floor.

What I think would be helpful is signs for hotel. Had to do a couple of u turns attempting to get to location.

The property is is nice and very well remodelled however the staff has a lackadaisical attitude or not trained properly in costumer service. When I informed the staff at check out regarding 2 large cockroaches running on the bathroom floor it was completely ignored with an ok.

The hotel was recently remodeled. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible. There was only 1 elevator for 4 floors and it was small. Floors throughout the hotel were dirty. The continental breakfast lacked taste. Hotel staff were pleasant but limited.

The hotel is close to family. On my last visit, the pool was extremely cold. I really appreciated that the pool was heated to a comfortable degree this time. I was there when the lobby was being updated . The new look is very appealing.

The room was great, shower was great, breakfast was great. What I loved most though was the service! There is one flaw though, and that is the location. It is a bit challenging to get to because there seemed to be only one exit with not really an entry way to the facility unless you drove through multiple parking lots

Overall, the hotel was average. Renovation was going on in the hotel lobby/breakfast bar area.

Bed broken metal frame not secure. Fitness center completely shut down—no updates on website or upon arrival. Upon going to fitness room all equipment in plastic/completely packed full of things and unable To use. Transferred workout clothes/shoes/gear in motorcycle saddle bag from WI to FL. Huge disappointment.

We had a family gathering in Port Orange, and many of us stayed here. The staff were really great; friendly and upbeat, but the hotel was pretty rough around the edges. Staff made up for the other issues though. Hotel is tricky to get too, as it is buried in a big mall area behind a lot of other stores...had to drive down and turn left into the Lowes parking lot and then come back around to hotel, FYI.

The temperature of the room was very hard to get stabilized. It was either too cold or too stuffy. There was a very damp smell in the room, I'm guessing, because of the temperature issue. The room was clean, but the musty smell was overwhelming at times.

I enjoyed everything. The hotel smelled great. The breakfast was very good and I loved swimming in the indoor pool and using the hot tub. I will be back the next time I visit Port Orange, FL.

Very comfortable hotel....Room was very clean...Great beds! Staff was very friendly. Very good location, close to I-95 in Port Orange.

The room as very clean and comfortable. Our experience was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely book here again.

The hotel is close to family. On my last visit, the pool was extremely cold. I really appreciated that the pool was heated to a comfortable degree this time. I was there when the lobby was being updated . The new look is very appealing.
