This 2-bedroom upstairs apartment is perfect for your escape to Dayton. Inside, guests find a beautiful space featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a futon, offering plenty of sleeping options. The landing at the top of the stairs offer a small sitting area instead of a living room, and both bedrooms have TV's. The bathroom includes a clawfoot bathtub, washer and dryer, and a hair dryer for added comfort. Fully stocked kitchen and high speeed internet give this all the comforts of home. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding or catching up on rest, this awesome apartment provides a cozy retreat. Plenty of off street parking behind the building. Bus stop is a few doors down and highway access is close and easy. Nearby is University of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, and downtown.
