The room maids went above and beyond to help us out with water, toothbrushes, directions, etc. Good food in restaurant. Nothing over $22 for an entree.

Location very convenient to Geisinger and when get certificate from hospital can get reduced room rate. Hotel is older which is apparent in rooms, bathrooms, and hallways, but well maintained. Rooms are generally clean, but in one of three rooms there was a hair in the bed and hair in the shower and finger prints on furniture.

There was an empty water bottle under corner of bed from a previous guest. The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress and was off the entire night - very annoying while trying to sleep!

The room was standard but spaced out among 3 buildings and signage to the lobby for check and the hotel itself was poor and difficult to recognize from the road. The food in the tavern and restaurant was fine and service was wonderful. Folks were attentive and professional. The gym was lacking in treadmills and restricted use based on the hour. The hotel was reasonable and clean.

Nice staff. Great restaurant on site. Rooms are a little dated. I booked this room with the understanding that this was a HOTEL, but I ended up in a motel room with a door that opened into the parking lot where the staff hang out and smoke cigarettes. Could have booked a motel in rhe area for half the price. Would not repeat.
