"Children had fun in the hotel. None of the third party websites I saw had the waterpark package available. The hotels website also has a pool listed as an amenity but it is not, you have to pay separate for the waterpark. The cleanliness and state of furniture was poor. Bathroom had chips all over counter, shower wall was stained, bedding was stained, AC made loud horrible sound. The trash bins all around inside and out were overfilled (I imagine because the hotel was packed) You get what you pay for though . The man at the front desk was kind of rude and unable to handle more than one customer but the woman the next day at the desk was nicer, more approachable while handling multiple customers in person and on phone. A random customer set off the elevator alarm and instead of staff turning it on they would just holler at customers that it was still safe to ride. Sorry I don’t want an elevator ride from hell scaring my kids but okay no stair access."
