Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port
5/5 Excellent
"I called in the morning before i got off our cruise ship.. Spoke with Renaldo about possibility of early check in. He was so polite and helpful! They have a 24 hr airport shuttle every hour on the hour. The rooms were clean & beautiful! They are remodeling, with office area & dining area in temporary space- again, no big deal. I would definitely stay here again!"

Le Méridien Dania Beach at Fort Lauderdale Airport
5/5 Excellent
"The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival by arranging an early check-in and consistently addressed any concerns I raised in a timely and professional manner. Their hospitality and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made my experience memorable. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, including ensuring that my room was cleaned promptly without me ever having to call and request housekeeping services. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their outstanding service is one of the main reasons I have returned twice since my initial visit, and I certainly intend to continue being a repeat guest. The team deserves recognition for their exceptional hospitality and commitment to making guests feel valued and well taken care of. 👏"
